6lll Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6lll platform and all associated services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on 6lll, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 6lll website and all digital channels including mobile services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using the services of 6lll.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal gaming profile.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits granted as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user themselves.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 6lll platform. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age, and providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or device, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. If any details need to be updated, please contact support. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

6lll offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings from bonuses must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Withdrawing real money before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

3.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 6lll VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is generally credited to accounts by midnight every Monday, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's regular activity and engagement with the platform.

3.4 Promotion Abuse

6lll does not tolerate abuse of bonuses or promotions. We reserve the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in cases of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or unusual use of bonuses.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

6lll currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. New methods may be added in the future.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to accounts within a few minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Standard withdrawal processing takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 KYC Verification

6lll conducts identity verification (KYC) to ensure security and prevent money laundering. We may request a national identity card, passport or other documents when required. Delays in providing documents may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 6lll will only be considered valid once confirmed by our system. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, server errors or other reasons will not be considered valid. A confirmation message will be received once a bet has been accepted.

5.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a sporting event is cancelled or starts outside of the scheduled time, the stakes for the relevant bets are generally refunded. We reserve the right to make the final decision in such cases.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Slots, live casino, card games and other casino games each have their own rules. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game environment. The rules of the game software provider will apply.

5.4 Technical Errors

6lll reserves the right to cancel bets placed or rewards given based on incorrect odds or false results caused by technical or software errors. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6 Fair Play and Security

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation or any other dishonest means.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for financial gain.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or hack the platform's systems.

6.2 SSL Encryption and Data Protection

6lll protects all user data and financial transactions through SSL encryption. We use secure server infrastructure and conduct regular security audits.

6.3 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on our platform are operated by certified software providers and deliver fair and unbiased results. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Our Rights

6lll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.

• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.

7.2 User's Right to Close Account

7.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, bonus funds and any winnings may be forfeited. For accounts closed in good standing, real money will be returned after the applicable verification process has been completed.
